RESIDENCY
A Studio Residency is an ongoing arrangement that gives you access to regular, reserved studio times outside the Palmyra Pilates timetable.
Our residencies are designed for people creating meaningful experiences through movement, breath, sound, meditation and other complementary wellbeing or creative practices.
This might include Reformer Pilates, yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, workshops, small-group programs or an entirely original offering.
It is your practice, your community and your creative direction in an established, clean and considered studio to call home.
